We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we process when you use the EUROCAR-LOGISTICS website and how we use it. We do not collect excessive personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Data you provide voluntarily: when you fill in a request, callback or order form, we receive your name, phone number and (if provided) a message. This data is used solely to contact you and process your request.
Anonymous visit statistics: we run our own anonymised analytics — the number of unique visitors and active time spent on the site. This data contains no name, phone, email or any other information that could identify you.
2. Anonymous analytics — in detail
To measure traffic we use our own solution, not third-party services. We do not use advertising cookies and do not track you across other websites.
A random anonymous identifier (not linked to any person) is stored in your browser to distinguish new visitors from returning ones. We only record active time on the site (while the page is open and you interact with it) and the visit date. No personal data is collected or processed in the process.

Contact details from forms — to answer your request, prepare an offer, place an order or arrange delivery.
Anonymous statistics — to understand how convenient the site is and to improve it.

Data is stored on secure servers of our database provider with encrypted connections (HTTPS). Only authorised staff have access to requests.
We keep contact data only as long as needed to process your request and fulfil our obligations to you.

To operate the site we store technical preferences in your browser: the chosen language and currency, cart and comparison contents, and an anonymous analytics identifier. These are not advertising cookies; you can clear them in your browser settings at any time.
